This was our 2nd time working with Mark. He is honest, professional and damn good at what he does. He was able to work with us so we could acquire commercial and residential properties seamlessly. We look forward to working with Mark again with our next project!

As a realtor, I have worked with Mark and strongly recommend his services if you are in the market for a home loan. Mark is a very dedicated individual who works for his clients and follows through on every part of the process. He is responsive, personable, easy to talk to and provides expert advice with the highest level of customer support/service.
Mark is a knowledgeable professional. We went from start to closing in just 2 months, all without having to visit him at all. Everything was done online, but communication between us was always to the point. I only had the pleasure to meet the man who handled my mortgage at the closing. Would recommend him to anyone in need of a mortgage.
All I can say is run, and run fast. Find any other mortgage lender you possibly can. RHF does not care about their clients in the least. Stay far away from Mark Lombardo, as well. Especially if you are looking to use a VA loan. Mark clearly has no experience in VA's despite his "25+ years experience." After I stated how displeased and disgusted my husband and I were with Mark, RHF said they would reach out to us to make things right, and never did. Do yourself a favor and look for someone else.
