Residential Heating and Cooling installed our system in 2009, and Paul has been servicing it ever since. We are extremely grateful for his rapid assistance whenever a problem arises. Additionally, when I ran into issues with an outdoor wood burner I had installed, Paul came out to help me troubleshoot that as well. I can’t say enough good things about Residential Heating and Cooling—this is definitely the company to go with in the greater Albany area!

Paul was awesome, came out on a Sunday to help get us heat back till our new equipment comes in it's never a good thing to lose heat but when temps are in the single digits it's even worse , our service was fast and friendly highly knowledgeable thanks again highly recommend
