I used Bill Neal and Residential Engineering Services to inspect my home prior to purchase. I regret this decision as it cost me thousands of dollars post sale. He and his son missed many things with the inspection and failed to do some testing, which almost caused our closing to be cancelled. Their inspection report included many errors and items that were clearly not present. They reported issues, which we later found out that weren't even correct. I would caution against using their service.

Mr. **** was made aware of the situation almost immediately. He was made aware. The report contains many errors, such as wrong flooring types, wrong plumbing fixtures, incorrect analysis of my water softening draining (actually did not drain into septic upon inspection by water company), missed cracks in outdoor surfaces, mis-hung AC unit in attic, which caused leaking issues, the AC unit was not working properly...the list is long. I have photos, repair bills and the report to prove it all.
