Paid $500 for Bradley to assess the structural integrity of a single floor home on a crawl space. He didnt asses the crawl space or attic--- justvspent 5 minutes walking through bedroom and a feminuted outside. Also, would not provide a written report. I would like my money back as this sevice provided me no utility!
Was able to confirm our original foundation repair was correct and sent a Structural engineering report quickly.
