Just dissapointing
It’s been two years since our 2 storey build commenced and so far cladding has commenced on the exterior upper floor. A minimal amount of work has been completed in the last year and we are forever asking why is our job not progressing! We do not receive progress reports or timelines unless we ask. Sales person was a liar about most things and just pressured me to sign so he can receive his commission. I was given the incorrect information at prestart. They used the 45 day clause to extort more money by blackmail and bullying amazing that they use this clause when they put a sign in front of my build saying that they can build in 29 weeks guaranteed when it took twice that time with no penalty on them The worst Thing about building with this company is the lack of communication leaving me with a house that needs plenty... read more
