Not impressed with the attitude of the owner. I know my car had issues but at least tell me that my car is shot before doing work on it. Then I get it home and the problem with my car had increased immensely. I feel taken advantage of cause of being a woman. Also it’s not very professional when a customer has a complaint or opinion and I get yelled at and feel like my feeling weren’t important. Was practically a day of 'walk-in', but they found time for me. Diagnosed, found a reasonable replacement part and reasonable amount of labour for the job. Any additional costs they informed me of in advance and even took care of a few smaller items just to help me out. I would have liked to spend less, but residential Auto did a great job and honestly even just for the part could have spent 3x the total of the bill so I can't complain. It was even a dealer part they used, which is great. Thanks residential Auto.
Phil and Paul are legends. Finally an honest mechanic that I can trust. I can't recommend this small, family operated shop enough.
