I use to hear my neighbors escapades throughout the night. Now I don't hear a thing, thanks to my new curtains. Thanks Residential Acoustics!

These are not curtains, they are fabric enclosed sheets of plastic. They are very stiff, making them very difficult to open and close. They don't allow for returns and I agree with others that the quality isn't there. Some parts of the hanging hardware is plastic, should be metal for the price you pay. Noise blocking isn't much better than typical heavy fabric. Of course the company will claim that all I need to do is mount the curtain directly against the wall, but in this case I won't be able to open the curtain at all. If... read more

Do not buy from this company. The sound proofing drapes have not reduced sound AT ALL and the company won't address the problem. We spoke with representatives a number of times while they were advising us on what to order. We installed the drapes correctly (in spite of the product they shipped being mis-assembled.) Now we h... read more

One side of the curtains were longer and the other side was bunched up from the sewing machine. We asked for them to be fixed and they said they would send us a shipping label so we could send them back. They then came back and said their shipping printer was broken and could offer us a discount instead. I feel like they just wanted us to go away. Overall a very bad experience and on... read more

Do not work. don't buy. we have a door facing a Main Street, hoping their curtain will help reduce the sound, but it does absolutely NOTHING. When I called and ask if mine was possibly a defect, first thing they told me is if it doesn't reduce traffic sound, there's no refund. i was so confused since I didn't even bring up refund, sounds like they already knew their products don't work and have had many previous complains. Came to find out my curtain was a defect, but they won't do anything about it. So I paid over $550 for ... read more
