Place is run by shyster people, treat their employees like crap and couldn't care less about their borrowers. Try to get a hold of someone is damn near impossible. If you're broker is going here it's because they specialize in selling higher risk loans to big banks and USDA loans.
Shannon is on top of her game. It seems like she wants to see these loans close just as much as we do. The approval came back light on one of my loans and she called me asking when I'm going to have the rest of the conditions to get ctc. That's what I'm talking about!
The underwriters are amazing to work with! Shannon diligently walked with me throughout the entire process and we were able to close my loan in 10 days!!! To top it off...it was my first loan submitted to them from my branch. What a way to set the tone for a future a relationship. Awesome!!
