Horrible at answering emails. Our association is financially unstable and they just alerted us. We asked for financials from 2019 and 2018 more than a week ago and they are saying they “might not have them”. Only sent us jan and feb 2020. Very bad customer service and I’m fearful our condo association has been duped by this company. God knows what they did with out money.
