Please don’t send anyone here with a disability. They are unsafe and so much money is missing. I’m not sure why Montgomery county isn’t investigating them. This company and the county clearly don’t care. No wonder they lost funding.

If I could give a zero I would. Not everyone on the staff was bad, Missy was great, however a lot of the staff at my sister’s home were terrible. She had Down Syndrome and lived with 2 other ladies. When we first were with RHA they were great. Unfortunately they have went downhill. When we visited they paid little or no attention to the ladies and just set and played on their phones. We reported it to the house manager and even above her to Vickie to no avail. My sister is not mobile and they let her lay in bed day after day... read more

We have a sister with Down Syndrome. When we first went with RHA they were great. When the house manager retired and the great staff left, it has gone downhill. We would get phone calls every day crying because of something the staff did. I honestly believe they did things on purpose that they knew upset her. When she came home from the hospital they let her lay in bed day after day. We have a recording of one of the staff screaming at her.
