Me and my girlfriend use to love this place but now we hate it so much our whole apartment building got Condemned on Monday because the owner Mike Fitzgerald can’t pay his bills we currently have no gas and water will be shut off soon too he rather spend his money on getting a new roof for his house a new Dodge pickup truck and a brand new Challenger but he’s not problem leasing office is a problem too. please avoid using! infestations , no hot water , the staff will answer your questions ambiguously so there isn’t a definitive standard they could be liable for. unfortunately my family and I have to go the legal way by initiating escrow and other court matters. the rent is too high for the level of stress they place on tenants. again, please avoid using this agency.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend living here under the current management. I lived in the Lakewood Geil apartment complex and genuinely enjoyed my apartment until this company took over management. During my time as a tenant, there were multiple serious concerns that were either ignored or not handled properly.
