Worst experience EVER!!! Lies!! $400 utilities you don’t even have thermostats! These are bring your own window unit buildings. If your unit has heat it is set on max or off during winter. They say open your window when it’s hot. Roaches everywhere!!! These are low life scammers!!!
Nothing but problems here. Can’t get ahold of anyone in the office when there is problems. The gas is turned off because they owe so much money therefore not having hot water since Sunday…. It’s now Thursday and we still have no update…. But still demand there money for such problems. If your looking to move here I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
I needed to put in a work order for a repair before I could even get that far. Jairo showed up at my apartment building to fix something else came in looked at the issue and fixed it within the hour. Great Customer Service Thank You
