If I could leave negative stars, I would. Cockroach infested hell hole, condemned or threatened condemnation by the city multiple times, then stole all tenants hot water/gas utility money. Company refuses to acknowledge that the property was condemned by the city even though it was on the news, there were signs posted on every door. They never answer their phones
Debated renting from them, but decided against it because they have bad reviews. I can see why. I don’t even rent from them, but I’ve been getting calls for 6 months of them begging me to rent from them. Forgivable until they psycho dialed me this morning. 3 calls in less than a minute until I answered, worried that there was some sort of emergency. Me and my girlfriend use to love this place but now we hate it so much our whole apartment building got Condemned on Monday because the owner Mike Fitzgerald can’t pay his bills we currently have no gas and water will be shut off soon too he rather spend his money on getting a new roof for his house a new Dodge pickup truck and a brand new Challenger but he’s not problem leasing office is a problem too.
