Actually, the worst they’ve taken over my property for not even a week and this is 72 hours and counting of no hot water no lights in the common area including stairway. They sent an email saying they were working on it. I call 48 hours later to see if they have an update, they told me “we weren’t aware of the issue”. How are you not aware of an issue if I received an email offered to send them that email they were interested. Any positive review here is fake. Written by the property management company. Nobody deals with management that often… some crap. Do not move here!!!!
Worst experience EVER!!! Lies!! $400 utilities you don’t even have thermostats! These are bring your own window unit buildings. If your unit has heat it is set on max or off during winter. They say open your window when it’s hot. Roaches everywhere!!! These are low life scammers!!!
Nothing but problems here. Can’t get ahold of anyone in the office when there is problems. The gas is turned off because they owe so much money therefore not having hot water since Sunday…. It’s now Thursday and we still have no update…. But still demand there money for such problems. If your looking to move here I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
