DO NOT RENT HERE! I moved out of this place in October 2024, and they STILL haven’t returned my security deposit. Every time I call, they give me the same excuse: “The check should arrive soon.” But guess what? It NEVER does. I've recently moved here and wish I had read the reviews before hand. Especially regarding the lack of communication. I've had multiple issues since day one. Receptionist has yet to respond to any of my emails. The only way anything has been addressed as of yet is because I happened to be home to speak with maintenance. The maintenance manager seems to be the only one to get things done so far. I'm paying an extra "Smart Home Fee". Funny part is that the wiring wasn't done correctly during construction, so I cannot use these... read more
