Currently dealing with leaks in our restroom and they told a maintenance person to NOT fix it. They did not approve the repairs and he LEFT after over a week of trying to get someone in. DO NOT MOVE HERE – DISGUSTING CONDITIONS! I rarely leave reviews, but Residence at Farmer Apartments absolutely deserves this warning. This place is a health hazard. The building is infested with roaches and rats, and management does nothing meaningful to address it. I’ve seen rodents in the halls, and roaches are a daily nuisance inside the units. I had a great experience—everyone was very responsive and quick to take action on any issues. I would definitely recommend renting a home here.
