Shout-out to Lia for going to extra mile to help me get into one of their work/live units! Everything was clean and fixed on our move-in date just like she had promised. Had an unexpected leak behind the washing machine that wasn't there when we did the walk-thru, but a quick text to Lia and she had maintenance come out and they ended up replacing the washing machine! We have had a very positive experience thus far and it is because of Lia. Thank you Lia!!!

I want to share my experience with Residences on Farmers after living there for two years. Initially, I liked the location, but serious issues arose over time. Here are the main problems I faced: 1. Unauthorized Parking Charges ($30/month for almost a Year): We were wrongfully charged $30 per month for parking, which was not in our lease.
