Horrible coackroach infested and lied about it before moving in. Also moved me in the day after other tenants and didn't prep or clean my place. People complain of the smallest noise. My kid apparently needs to learn to fly. She cant even play during the day without me getting a knock on door from the grumpy old man downstairs complaining
I've been here since 2019 and I've had a great experience so far. The floors are not the thickest, so you may hear some footsteps from above, but nothing unmanageable. The people who live in the building are generally upbeat and kind which makes my stay here more comfortable. The building manager/landlord is extremely quick to respond to any maintenance requests, inquiries and complaints, which is quite unusual. Landlord decides to pass her political views onto the buildings rules. Her personal bias makes her threaten the police, do not work with disabled people and very bad at granting accommodations as well as communicating with you. Does what they want on there time table despite you trying to work a little in the future. Bad management all round. Almost need to file for Human rights violations.
