Rented here 2024 to 2025. Building is nice and the amenities too. Neighbors are nice. However, the rents are very unjustified. I paid 3000 for a 820 841 sqft unit, which is now listed at 3300 3400 range. Total loot, in a down market, so bargain and don't be dumb to take the face value. 3 incidents of flooding in 1 year. 1 was huge like in stairway and all the 2nd floor amenity area going down to storage locker. 2 were because the units leaked and the units below had to bear.
