I went to visit my friend at a condominium a week ago, and only one elevator was functioning. I had to wait for 20 minutes in line for the elevator.👎👎👎 It happens two times 🤦
Throughout the years I have lived in toronto I would always move to a different part of the city once my mortgage was up. That wasn’t the case with this fab building. I moved here in 2002 and haven’t looked back.The square footage thanks to it being an older building definitely is an asset. The common areas are top notch. We have a gym that is the envy of our neighbouring condos. The concierge is always on point, making you feel safe and secure.
