Apartment above mine had pipes burst and I had mold and water damage to my ceiling. I was unable to reach the manager Or maintenance man for 6 hours when the problem initially happened. I asked for a the water damaged and mold to be looked into and management sent someone to patch by just tape and flow over the holes from the water. When I expressed that I would like the ceiling and walls to be fixed properly I was met with a careless not my problem attitude.
