Apartment above mine had pipes burst and I had mold and water damage to my ceiling. I was unable to reach the manager Or maintenance man for 6 hours when the problem initially happened. I asked for a the water damaged and mold to be looked into and management sent someone to patch by just tape and flow over the holes from the water. When I expressed that I would like the ceiling and walls to be fixed properly I was met with a careless not my problem attitude. who works here ? I have tried several times to get in touch with someone who could assist me . I have sent several messages and called and called left messages nothing no contact . I have a short time to move and nothing from these people . can't even get on the premises to go to the leading office
One Bedroom My husband and I are Now living in a one bedroom apt for the first time since we married in 2004. Residences of Solms Village This complex is available to low income families all the way to market value price income people. The complex is only 1 year old, clean, with pretty spacious apartments. It has a nice club house with a clean pool, exercise room and a computer room. The only negative I see is that you and your upstairs neighbor share a split balcony, so you lose a little bit of your privacy.
