I took a tour today and I was super late but the manager was super helpful and very accommodating. Looking forward to moving in.
I had a lovely interaction with Delaney over the phone when I called to have my questions answered, she was extremely helpful and informative unlike many other places I called.
We had a dishwasher and sink leak and our new service guy Letwaun was prompt, professional and had everything fixed and working right within 20 minutes. He’s awesome and a great addition to our community!
As a Residence, operations for the company aren’t this best, but good place to live, close, and peaceful. Also finally getting a good maintenance guy by the name of Twan, he was responsive, effective and nice. One of the best ones we’ve had so far of living here a few years.
I always try to give honest reviews. So here’s my take: My apartment overall was nice and decent(hence the extra star). In the area I heard gun shots occasionally and there was homeless camping in the back my entire stay after I moved in. Which was so disappointing as I was really hoping to walk there by the community center and get some good green time which I was shown on tour would be a big part of my living there and I thought it made up for the small gym.
