When you're looking for a place to live and are going to move into their complex, they will give you the best service. We had to provide a security deposit of $900 prior to move in. We were told we would only lose it if we did excessive damage to our unit. My husband and i are extremely respectful tenants - we never had any parties and didn't do any damage to our unit other than usual wear and tear (eg. little NORMAL marks on the floor, a few scuff marks on the walls).
