I've been living here for almost two years, and it's been a great experience. The maintenance service is excellent, with a very short response time (they fix issues within 24 hours). Snow clearance is done regularly, and I've even seen them working at midnight. The units are always kept very clean, and being next to a fire station, you can expect to hear sirens occasionally. Updated 01/12/25 Cons 1. Management is deceitful and useless. Make sure to review every document provided by them with an attorney, and then have it signed in blood. They don’t offer a 2 yet lease, but somehow snuck a 2 year lease into my renewal AFTER two different members of management told me I was signing for a 1 year lease. Very nice, friendly apartment complex. I felt very safe with my wife and dogs there when I was at work. We lived there for almost exactly 3 years before buying a house.
My daughter lives there. It’s nice and clean. The only gripe I have…. There’s never any parking. None at all. Makes it very hard to visit.
