We had properties at Villa Medici for many years through the receivership, but the current HOA turned out to be the worst among the many HOAs we had dealt with. The HOA have very short working hours, and extremely irresponsive to owner phone calls and inquiries, and they find every trick to charge owner and tenants extremely high fees. Our advice to any potential buyer/investor/tenant, do NOT buy/rent any property at this place.
