Top tier resident experience. Kiersten Kaylee and Tim are so helpful, caring and great at their jobs. Many neighbors are skeptical of new management but in my opinion they have showed that they care
Overall, I'm really pleased with the Residences and it's a good experience. Two things that are annoying: The nonstop barrage of ads for their "partner vendors" such as a cleaning/handyman service and the obvious effort to force you into buying an insurance policy from their renters' insurance partner. Because I had the gall to go with Progressive, for a much lower premium, I'm on at least my third demand from their partner to update the "Interested Party Information" on my policy. It's a noisy place to live. My window faces the parking garage and it often turns into a car show out there. Racing, engines revving, loud music. And the noise insulation is not good. I’m woken up multiple nights a week from my neighbor’s tv and music at 3 or 4 AM. I recommend you look elsewhere for a quieter place.
It’s a great place to live especially if you have pets! The staff is super helpful and maintenance is quick! It’s a very quite and peaceful community
It's a noisy place to live. My window faces the parking garage and it often turns into a car show out there. Racing, engines revving, loud music, yelling. And my upstairs neighbor plays the piano until 11PM or later most nights. Nothing was done about it even though they confirmed he was violating the lease with the noise. I recommend you look elsewhere for a quieter place.
