The fire alarms have gone off twice since midnight and I have work tomorrow!! If you value your peace and quiet AVOID this place at all costs! This happens all the time! Fire alarms go off at early hours of the morning and there’s nothing you can do about it!
I took a real estate client and he was very impressed with the building and the surrounding area. Tim, the leasing agent, was terrific and very thorough with his knowledge of the building and the tour he provided to us.. I highly recommend this location as a possibility for people looking to rent and not buy. Beautiful building and amenities and walkable to lots of shops and restaurants.
Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, and makes Eli feel comfortable!
