I lived here for about a year while working in Boston during the week. It's a great location and the staff take incredible care of the residents and all their family members and visitors. The location was perfect for commuting to / from the airport, and working in the financial district and walking all across Boston. Loved every moment of living here.
I’ve been living here for about 4 years and I’ve loved it! Great location in the seaport, being near the financial district, as well as a short walk to the North End and Boston Common. Also very easy to get on the highway to drive out of the city. The staff are all extremely warm and friendly and address you by name. I always feel welcomed when walking into the front. I lived here for about 2 years & while the management team is excellent, I do think that the building is becoming slightly dated. Especially being a lot younger in age than most of the residents, the artwork, elevators, and interior space could use a big revamp. I find it hard to believe that by being a resident you wouldn’t be granted full free access to the mediocre gym.
