We are under new management and would love to have you come out and experience the NEW Residences of Springridge! Professional and Friendly Staff, Beautiful and spacious floor plans, Community and Quiet neighborhood.
WORST PLACE EVER!!! We Lived there for year and a half it was a horrible experience. Apartments ARE NOT SOUND PROOF at all, you can hear EVERYTHING specially if you are on a first floor like I was. IT'S JUST A FANCY POOR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION BUILDING. Upstairs neighbors were inconsiderate people, don't expect anything from the administrator if you complaint for excessive noise, THEY JUST DON'T CARE, administration will rent to anyone just for the money.
