So I moved in October 2024 , the first night in there my neighbor through something like a dumbbell or something it was so loud mind you I have even unpacked yet , moving forward everyday this old man stomps and follow you around the apt I go to the bathroom he in the bathroom stomping around so I tell staff which they said something to the guy after that he got louder you cant make this stuff up , so I come in from work one morning soon as I got though the door boom like seriously I was so mad I put earphones on to go to sl... read more
What a wonderful apartment! The staff is amazing , maintenance is on point and the amenities made me feel like I was living in a hotel suite! Grocery shopping in walking distance, lots to do in town and not far from places that you might like to go antiquing. We have had a wonderful 4 years in this location and we'll terribly miss everyone and the community we've grown to love!
Just moved in 3 days ago but love it already. The neighbors are amazing and quiet. The ladies in the office are so so sweet and made the moving process so easy. The place is so cozy and nice. They gave us a little basket with necessities at move in. Love it here. Thank you Seven Gables for being a breath of fresh air.

I rented a one bedroom unit for two years, the leasing staff are amazing and so accommodating to the point my cat snuck out into the hallway and they notified me at work and put her back into my unit. Maintenance is always kind and friendly and quick responses when maintenance was scheduled. Property is located next to everything you’d need being in Carlisle. I honestly wish I would’ve stayed. Nice “gated key” entry, amenities are awesome, 10/10 always recommend this complex to anyone that’s looking.
