Just moved in 3 days ago but love it already. The neighbors are amazing and quiet. The ladies in the office are so so sweet and made the moving process so easy. The place is so cozy and nice. They gave us a little basket with necessities at move in. Love it here. Thank you Seven Gables for being a breath of fresh air.

I rented a one bedroom unit for two years, the leasing staff are amazing and so accommodating to the point my cat snuck out into the hallway and they notified me at work and put her back into my unit. Maintenance is always kind and friendly and quick responses when maintenance was scheduled. Property is located next to everything you’d need being in Carlisle. I honestly wish I would’ve stayed. Nice “gated key” entry, amenities are awesome, 10/10 always recommend this complex to anyone that’s looking.
A comfortable, clean, and (I think) secure apartment complex.
I loved living here. It’s a quiet, well-maintained community, and the management and staff were always kind and helpful. It’s perfect for a dog owner, lots of grass and walking areas. My small dog loved the dog park because he could chase around a large hard ball that wasn’t appropriate in the house. The pool was great, the resident appreciation events were very nice, and you’re right next door to a grocery store. It’s also walking distance to the library and many restaurants.
