Our location is perfect. We can walk to many restaurants, shops, banks , the library, etc. The management team on site is always helpful and the on site maintenance team is outstanding.
We LOVE living in portwalk! I have lived here for a year and a half and have nothing but great things to say. I love my one bedroom and it is large enough for two adults, and our goldendoodle! The building is very convenient to all that downtown Portsmouth has to offer as well as the building itself being incredibly convenient with garage parking, office space, trash shoots on every floor and all the in home amenities you could possibly need. I absolutely love living in this luxury building. The staff are friendly, professional and always eager to please. It is an excellent location for restaurants, shopping or entertainment with the Music Hall just steps away. The building also has many events that bring neighbors together for a fun time. Overall, I highly recommend this building to anyone searching for a beautiful and safe place to call home.
