YOU MUST AVOID THIS DANGEROUS BUILDING IT'S UNSAFE! Despite multiple attempts to get the management to enforce the Governors order, they refuse to ensure the safety of the residents. More than half the residents refuse to wear masks in the building (and that can be verified by viewing their CCTV footage), sit in the lobby unmasked and allow workers to enter and work in the bulk building unmasked. RecommendedTruly A Place Called Home. In 1991-92 I was one of the original residents when it was known as Worthington Place. I stayed for about 6 years and only moved to purchase my new home. I sold my home and looked for an apartment that I would live in for about two years at which time I planned to relocate out of state. I’ve been here for 41/2 years and have never been late on rent until this month. Have them a2/3 of the rent and let them know they will get the rest on the 15th and still got put into the courts and am being charged an additional $20 court fee. Had know problem paying the late fee but when I called they said too bad you have to pay. They don’t care about people who hav never had a hiccup. Worst management company ever

YOUR REVIEW: Pleased with Pleasant Ridge I like Pleasant Ridge for many reasons I have been here about 7 years. It's quiet and peaceful yet neighbors are friendly and pleasant in passing. I can't say that I've heard my neighbors while in my apartment major plus. The leasing consultant is always available to assist you and is very nice. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. And I always look forward to socializing at the resident social gatherings. But most of all I enjoy my spacious apartment and its amenities.
Joan at Pleasant ridge apartment did a fabulous job helping with lease application process to moving in! Very cheerful, timely, and full of great information.
Ms. Birchfield was most gracious and kind to show me an apartment in December 2016. I may be required to move to the area (still unknown) and was pleasantly surprised at what The Residences has to offer, particularly the "quietness" of the building.
