My thoughts after having spent two years at the Residences at Pearland Town Center- With the good comes the bad. We really really enjoyed our first year at the Town Center, I’m not sure if management changed during that time or what. I've had a great experience with the community, Kimberly the leasing agent, has helped me get adjusted to Texas. Any questions or needs, she is there. The maintenance guys are speedy and reliable. I have enjoyed living here.
