Cookie cutter breezeway apartments. Maintenance is really good and prompt. Office is responsive; they spilt time between this community and another up 23. Good mix of people and everyone’s nice or stays to themselves. Some families with children some couples and some singles.
I had a plumbing emergency at the bedroom's bathroom. I called the office at 5pm and they responded to my call very fast. The manager was really helpful and responsive. she called me 2 mins later and she mentioned that the maintenance guy will come to my apartment within 15 mins. 10 mins later, the maintenance guy came with a smile and fixed the water flooding issue within 15 mins, he was so friendly and professional. I am writing this review to thank all of them for their effort and prompt responses!
Love living at Northgate crossing! Maintenance is always quick to respond especially if it's an AC issue in the summer. Been here 4 years and plan on renewing again!
Have lived here for two and a half years and and very happy. On site manager is very efficient and the maintenance personnel are always responsive and attentive to any issues as well as keeping our property attended to. Thanks BRG and The Residences at Northgate Crossing for all you do!
