I just want to give a huge shoutout to Scott Property Manager at Residence at Leader, Really professional takes his job seriously to another level he guided me through the whole process of getting my apartment he is detail oriented and very transparent with everything. I've been living here since November 2024 and it's been absolutely fantastic!!! R&D really takes care of you and your safety living in Downtown Cleveland. The studio I'm currently living in has been a wonderful dream (and affordable as well with the right career) Would absolutely love to raise a family here with the one/two bedrooms in the future but for now, I'm loving my new studio! FYI for those that love Superman, the 2025 movie was filmed here as The Daily Planet.
Living here has been an amazing experience. The studio apartment is incredibly comfortable, and everything about it has been great. Scott, the property manager, has been outstanding, always communicative, thorough in answering questions, and genuinely helpful whenever assistance is needed. The building itself is safe, spotless, and very quiet, with friendly neighbors all around. I have absolutely no regrets about moving here.
I’d like to share my experience working with Scott Brown, the current property manager here at Leader. Scott is a really funny and genuine person who’s made our time here enjoyable. We were actually the first apartment tour he did, and just as he hoped, we ended up in the apartment he showed us! The residences at Leader is an amazing place. It’s so clean, nice, and friendly. The property manager, Scott, is incredibly kind and graceful, helping me with a smooth and hassle-free move-in. Chad and I had a great experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live.
