Lived here 3 years. Overall it is a solid place to live: good location in downtown, the units are nice and the building itself is comfortable. The property managers are always willing to help as well. However, there are too many homeless people around the building, people come to the lobby for photoshoots which is annoying, and the the entrances to the building are dirty and smell like piss or weed (or both). All in all, the Leader is a solid option if you want to live downtown, though it is not perfect.
I toured the apartments here. Besides the standard K&D appliances, they have a pet washroom and bike storage! There is no attached garage, but they offer a 3-month free parking deal at the nearby 1717 garage.
I've been living here since November 2024 and it's been absolutely fantastic!!! R&D really takes care of you and your safety living in Downtown Cleveland. The studio I'm currently living in has been a wonderful dream (and affordable as well with the right career) Would absolutely love to raise a family here with the one/two bedrooms in the future but for now, I'm loving my new studio! FYI for those that love Superman, the 2025 movie was filmed here as The Daily Planet.
Beautiful building in a perfect location downtown. Walking distance to a lot of Cleveland’s best spots for any type of activity. Apartments are nice and well taken care of. The staff really makes it tho, Chad and the rest of the crew make everything easy and get back to you quickly. Big fan of this place.
We are so impressed with this place! GORGEOUS building with beautifully renovated apartments that are quiet. The office staff and security personnel are amazingly helpful and professional. We haven't had any maintenance issues but other residents have told us they are prompt and thorough. The building is impeccably clean at all times. The amenities are good and you can walk to anything downtown. Our apartment has a spectacular view of the Lake and sunsets out of the huge windows.
