I've been living here since November 2024 and it's been absolutely fantastic!!! R&D really takes care of you and your safety living in Downtown Cleveland. The studio I'm currently living in has been a wonderful dream (and affordable as well with the right career) Would absolutely love to raise a family here with the one/two bedrooms in the future but for now, I'm loving my new studio! FYI for those that love Superman, the 2025 movie was filmed here as The Daily Planet.
Residence at Leader is Horrible I lived here for 2 Years. Year 1 was great until the change in Management occurred. The noise from the above and surrounding Airbnb units are excessive and very loud. Residents like myself are constantly complaining about the noise from the Airbnb units. Scott Brown the New Manager Pretends to Care but doesn’t. Currently leasing office space in Leader. K&D has been great to work with and the building itself is great. Well kept, no maintenance issues, prompt response time. An added plus is the amount of restaurants right around the corner.
I have had nothing but a great experience since moving here, always feel very safe and if I ever have any issues, maintenance always comes and fixes it in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in living in downtown Cleveland!
I just moved in over a week ago, but all I can say is 🤩….My experience from the time I showed up to meet Alee (my wonderful leasing agent) to the beautiful views that I get from my window everyday! My apartment gives what I want for the value. I’m not far from my job, nice eateries around me, affordable parking, security and just all around great amenities! I’ve rented a lot of places in my travels for work and whatnot and I can honestly say that Alee presented me a great place to live that I’m truly happy with! Thanks ... read more
