I've been living here since November 2024 and it's been absolutely fantastic!!! R&D really takes care of you and your safety living in Downtown Cleveland. The studio I'm currently living in has been a wonderful dream (and affordable as well with the right career) Would absolutely love to raise a family here with the one/two bedrooms in the future but for now, I'm loving my new studio! FYI for those that love Superman, the 2025 movie was filmed here as The Daily Planet.
Scott, the Property Manager, is incredible! He’s extremely helpful and genuine which can be difficult to find when choosing an apartment. He went more than out of his way to assist me. I’d definitely recommend living here just to have that level of customer service. Having 24/7 security is also a huge plus being downtown!
Visiting a resident...classy and vintage common areas..I did not like that the main doors are unlocked..I saw a guard but she was not near the camera screens. I saw a homeless-looking man sheltering from the wind near the main door, just loitering. No parking for visitors or residents, can use garages, which are not that close. The apartments are nice inside...In addition, thanks for responding to my review...
UPDATE: And this is why there shouldn't be random people renting out airbnbs (on the same floor as monthly paying tenants) in a "luxury" apartment building. For hours, this poor, distressed pup and a TWO YEAR OLD toddler were locked outside of their Airbnb unit which led to the police being called in order to get them back in the right place. The police asked if I knew what tenant in my hall had a baby and a dog- but because I have new neighbors every few days I couldn't help them and had no clue who that could be. If this s... read more
I just moved in over a week ago, but all I can say is 🤩….My experience from the time I showed up to meet Alee (my wonderful leasing agent) to the beautiful views that I get from my window everyday! My apartment gives what I want for the value. I’m not far from my job, nice eateries around me, affordable parking, security and just all around great amenities! I’ve rented a lot of places in my travels for work and whatnot and I can honestly say that Alee presented me a great place to live that I’m truly happy with! Thanks ... read more
