I've been living here since November 2024 and it's been absolutely fantastic!!! R&D really takes care of you and your safety living in Downtown Cleveland. The studio I'm currently living in has been a wonderful dream (and affordable as well with the right career) Would absolutely love to raise a family here with the one/two bedrooms in the future but for now, I'm loving my new studio! FYI for those that love Superman, the 2025 movie was filmed here as The Daily Planet.
The residences at Leader is an amazing place. It’s so clean, nice, and friendly. The property manager, Scott, is incredibly kind and graceful, helping me with a smooth and hassle-free move-in. Chad and I had a great experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live.
Scott, the Property Manager, is incredible! He’s extremely helpful and genuine which can be difficult to find when choosing an apartment. He went more than out of his way to assist me. I’d definitely recommend living here just to have that level of customer service. Having 24/7 security is also a huge plus being downtown!
Great place to live in Downtown Cleveland. I’ve been here long-term and have always felt comfortable and well taken care of. The building is clean, secure, and well-managed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable home in the city.
I just moved in over a week ago, but all I can say is 🤩….My experience from the time I showed up to meet Alee (my wonderful leasing agent) to the beautiful views that I get from my window everyday! My apartment gives what I want for the value. I’m not far from my job, nice eateries around me, affordable parking, security and just all around great amenities! I’ve rented a lot of places in my travels for work and whatnot and I can honestly say that Alee presented me a great place to live that I’m truly happy with! Thanks ... read more
