Lady in the office Kim is rude as hell she doesn’t need to answer the phone
Reviews can sometimes come from a place of anger this is not the case but rather from a place of Concern and to inform . DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! Don’t be put to sleep by the good reviews that they ask people to make . Altus management should be ashamed of letting someone like Kim run this property how she is still employed here is mind boggling to me she is highly disrespectful and unprofessional and is known to retaliate if you speak up or contact corporate other then that the property is unsafe I had my car broken into apart... read more
The Manager over this property is also the manager over the property I live at and she’s super helpful and understanding. I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes !
I’ve lived here for a couple of years my lease is up for renewal and I’m for sure staying. Maintenance is quick and efficient and the office staff is very professional and helpful. The apartments are very nice and the community is very quiet and peacful
