I was offered a great move in special, The property management did whatever it took to help me get into my new place. Great people.
Definitely an good place to call home! Completed 1st lease with no issues 🙌 Returned from out of state, didn't hesitate to contact lakeshore for a 2nd lease. Kim and Lindsey got me back in with no issues. Apartment is nice! Plus the apartment complex is next door to lake Hefner and the walking path!
Was told one month paid was part of the move in deal Feb 2025... was the my 2nd lease...ended up getting eviction notice "warning"+ late fee...march 2025...hope this spells it out. Never got the deposit back from the 1st lease after moving out after the first lease was completed. Documented emails from management just stringing me along.. No accountability.....No character....
