I've lived here 4 over a year. Its Affordable. And they may can work with you. They even have an app that you can pay your rent in 2 payments! I was in a bad situation & the office Management came through. Its quiet, plenty of parking spots, activities, swimming pool. And if your a foodie like my family there's food everywhere! And maintenance has been on time every time. I've only had maybe e minor ones since I've been here.
Just moved in and the office staff is amazing they had a whole event for us with food drinks and snacks. i love my apartment it smelled good and was clean. my move in was so easy just brought move in money and got keys oh and the ladies in the office had a cute move in gift for me. they really seem like they care about their people
My move in was quick and easy I love my apartment it’s very big for a 1 bedroom and the community is nice and quiet. Maintenance keeps the property clean and the staff is very friendly!
WORST place to live… they do not fix anything ever. If you try to reach above the leasing manager she will retaliate. I complained about leaking in my ceiling, it actually fell through the roof easter of this year. Only fixed repair because there was visible hole in ceiling, complained again because leaking again in same general area. They come out tell me nothing is wrong, still is leaking. I was kind of scared to even schedule an appointment with this place from some of the reviews I've seen, but I did, and I'm glad I did. The people were nice enough and everything they showed me was legit. I asked around myself and I think the issue for some is management didn't play about rent, so basically if you want to live in a nice, quiet apartment and you pay your rent on time, you're in for a great experience. If you don't like to pay your rent, this isn't the place for you.
