Very disgusted with the management. Apartments put together like landlord. Specials treats the new hires very dis. Respectful. Was told to help the new hires. And the guy just disappeared also seeing a liquor bottle in his store unit. Overall rating of the whole thing dissatisfying. I don't know how they get people to even live there. How can I expect somebody to come in? As a new hire even having knowledge they have and not show them what kind of layout plan and what to expect. I have only been here for 6 weeks, but everything has been exceptional thus far. I moved here with very short notice, and the front office staff was awesome. Showing me the apartment and the grounds and assisting with all the necessary paperwork. Since I have been here, I have needed maintenance twice. Both times the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. And it was actually fixed right the first time. Not to say the maintenance guys are super nice. If you’re looking for an apartment, look no further than here.
Andrew and Lindsey are awesome people. If you need something done or taken care of they get right on it, always polite about it. They keep the grounds clean and free of trash, pool is cleaned weekly and upkept. Park and Basketball court for the kids and dog stations everywhere for the fur babies. Recommended
I want to thank Addison for always doing such a good job for our community and handling the property in an excellent manner. Thank you to Scott, Alan, and the maintenance crew for fixing things in a timely manner and always doing a good job. The grounds are always looking nice thanks to them. Hard to imagine living anywhere else.
For the 7 to 8 years that I have lived here, it's been fantastic. The office has always treated me with kindness and respect. The simple common few issues i had were addressed with professionalism and haste. My neighbors were pleasant and the building was clean. If i didnt have to move, i wouldnt. Thank you again for being a memory i will always cherish and talk about.
