Addison Fundis is the best property manager and Lindsey! they were so kind and patient. I also love their apartments and their fitness gym!
So far the experience has been fantastic! Lindsey and everyone else at the leasing office have put their best foot forward to help me get set up here.. Update Dec 2025 - everything still going great. Just saw the old review and wanted to update anyone looking at this complex. Pest control inspections every quarter, and marijuana smoking enforcement (if that matters to you, could be a pro or a con I guess, so take that as you will) make for a clean environment generally. I would be happy to say the maintenance crew here is OUTSTANDING !!! The apartment grounds are kept clean. The apartment management is very helpful and kind.
Okay, i’ve lived quite a few apartment complexes in my life and I have to say the staff at this place is 10 out of 10. I mean they go above and beyond at all times whether it’s a Friday afternoon five minutes before closing they get you a garage no questions asked outstanding top to bottom bravo
I moved into my apt. three months ago and I’ve been very pleased thus far. Initially first met the assistant Manager Lindsey. She was so helpful and kind. She made my move in process a great one. The entire staff has been impressive. Maintenance grounds crew have been exceptional. The Manager Addison has been wonderful. She listens very well. Se has tried to accommodate all my requests.
