I’ve lived here since 2020 and still currently reside here. While maintenance gets a solid 10/10 for their quick and reliable service, the office staff gets a disappointing 1/10. It’s honestly sad—there’s a constant turnover of new staff, which says a lot. Today, I received a call regarding an issue with my son’s toys being outside our patio. The office staff is incredibly welcoming and sweet. This has been a wonderful experience!
Now that i've moved out, i can share that Scott and the maintenence staff are always on their game. I'd have an ETA on service requests of 48 hours and he'd show up in 30 minutes and fix the issue. If I could hire him for my house I just bought out of state, I would.
Nice apartments.
So far the experience has been fantastic! Lindsey and everyone else at the leasing office have put their best foot forward to help me get set up here.
