I’ve lived here over 3 years. New management changed from Greystar to AOG and it’s turned to the dumps. On Oct 18, a Saturday a water pipe burst on the 3rd floor. Negligence by management, poor training, short staff, whatever their reason was, allowed for water to continue raining from the ceiling for over an hour. Office and maintenance staff are wonderful, and very hospitable!
We had a great time living here when this property was under Greystar Management. The staff were friendly and efficient. The complex used to stay clean, and any work order would be completed within a day. The building moved under a new management AOG (Allied Orient Group) earlier this year, and everything changed. The staffs, be it the front desk or the maintenance workers are the worst. They are inefficient, rude and incompetent in every possible way. Today 10/11/2025, the water is off for hours. No updates regarding the status or cause of water outage. Staff is unavailable by phone (got sent to voicemail multiple times without option of leaving a message) and there is no one in the office despite being "open". We have no water to drink and I am unable to run our dishwasher, washer, shower, or even flush the toilet. We loved living here for 2 years, but now since changes in ownership, quality has dropped tremendously. We will be moving out ASAP.
