I have been living at residences at gramercy for two years and have not experienced many issues. However, for the few issues that I experienced I spoke with Crystal, the assistant manager, who took the time to listen to my concerns and help resolve them.
Residences at gramercy has been our home for a few years now & it’s been a pleasant, quiet place. The current management Brittany & Crystal are very friendly if you take the chance to talk with them. I recently found out that they have a lengthy commute to work & yet they are always available anytime needed. Extremely unprofessional and neglectful management. I submitted a maintenance request more than 10 days ago and it was completely ignored—no follow-up, no technician, nothing. Even worse, the trash chute has been broken since early September, and now, three weeks later, it’s still not fixed. The garage is overflowing with garbage, creating a disgusting and unsanitary environment. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s a serious health hazard. Very kind staff and always helpful. Anytime I have a problem (if any) it is resolved in a timely manner. I will be renewing my contract due to the professionalism of the staff.
