First of all, I’m really happy of the management team, specially Jeniffer for helping me out when I needed some assistance and all maintenance team are outstanding. They are efficient and professional of what they do. Jamie, Gabriel are always here to help the residences. Apperciate you guys!!!!

I've lived in residence since Sep 2021, we had several property managers, but none of them cared about the property until Jenn arrived. She has brought alot of positive changes. Just recently Jenn hired contractors to power wash the garage as well as the carpet at the hallways. She's always eager to help residence. She's professional, dedicated, understanding, patient, friendly and trustworthy. I hope Jenn stayed here for as long as possible.

We lived in the residences before and during when Covid hit. You could hear through the walls, to a neighbor banging a broom from the lower level to be quiet because his wife was sick. He had complained to leasing office about us several times, we had a younger son who loved to walk here and there in the apartment. The apartment was first of all small, but they were charging us a lot. This was an income based apartment first and foremost that the county made for income based folks. The rating stems from the communication of the leasing office. Nothing was set in stone until last minute. The direct help I’ve received directly from Amber has been to the best of her ability. Hoping for more efficient communication throughout my stay.
