I didn’t want to wake up and choose to write this, but it’s been 2 months coming. Everything you hear that is not good about this place is true. The Jekyll and Hyde staff once you sign the lease? The only problem with this complex is the ladies who work the front. This management is atrocious. We have had FOUR issues involving a parking spot since May of 2025. We were first told we would have a spot in June, I followed up in June and was told I no longer had it and they gave it away. Same thing happened in July. I was told previous management messed it up and gave away my spot twice in a row to someone else and I understood this can happen. Brie has offered great service here at this apartment. Can’t ask for a better person when it comes to needing help. She is a 5 worker. Whenever I need anything I go straight to her.
