Jessie on the maintenance team helped with my emergency maintenance issue very quickly
I’ve lived in a few other apartments before I moved in here. This place is a hidden gem, and outshined the previous places I lived at. The units are top notch with modern appliances and nice big windows, but they also come with blinds so you can also block out the sun and noise if you choose. The staff from the leasing office to the maintenance is extremely professional, I place a work order and they fix it super fast and are very friendly. As you’ve instructed I’ve reached out to the property management office twice: on 3/23/25 at 8:51 AM and 3/31/25 at 2:49 PM, using the email address “ResidentCare@maac.com.” As mentioned in my most recent email, I expect to receive an update by tomorrow, Friday, 4/4/2025, before noon at the latest, on how and when I will be issued my $236.50 refund.
