This place is not safe… even during the day… there are more than five different cars like this one in the reviews… horrible location!
This is a beautiful and peaceful area! The nature here is also wonderful.
So, maybe perhaps it's a sign from God, that I won't be living in these apartments because of the atrocious lying from a leasing agent. Corey Peoples stated on TWO separate tours and stressed that it was no rush to apply and to take our time on our decision. That there were "plenty of A3s available on each floor" to rent for the specific move in date we needed. If you thinking about moving here DONT MOVE HERE !! this place is a SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IDENTITY. This management is bad and the lady mo is a liar from hell . She told us we was approved after waiting 2Weeks for response after everyone went on vacay . Today she said we was approved then turn back and said we not . Honestly , where do I begin. We visited this place and loved it, that same day we applied. We applied June 24th let them know our move out is July 14-17th. It took them 2 weeks to approve us. They asked for 4 pay stubs 2 bank statements , our social security cards, ids and I was suprised they didn’t ask for a blood sample. They even went as far as to request me to reach out to my apartment from twocyears ago for a verification requests.
