Update 1/17/2025 - I have done a preliminary on my 2024 taxes and my gross income is well below the threshold for the unit I applied. It is just evidence that they calculate income at a much higher amount than what you actually make. The 2-star rating has nothing to do with the apartment or building. It has to do with the way they calculate your income in order to qualify you for the unit. I have a part-time job and instead of using actual year-to-date income to annualize the rest of the year, which would have qualified me for the 50% unit I had applied for, they used a fictitious scenario, which had me earning 97% more income than I earned last year. My family member moved in here years ago and over the years rent prices have gone up and overall maintenance has gone down. Updated: took away another star Now they keep making pointless changes. It is getting harder and harder to get parking to visit. (Especially if you drive a suv or truck.)
