Update 1/17/2025 - I have done a preliminary on my 2024 taxes and my gross income is well below the threshold for the unit I applied. It is just evidence that they calculate income at a much higher amount than what you actually make. The 2-star rating has nothing to do with the apartment or building. It has to do with the way they calculate your income in order to qualify you for the unit.
