Brandon was my tour guide, he did an excellent job in sharing and giving me all the pertinent information about this beautiful luxury apartment.
Ruben did an outstanding job caulking our shower. The work was very neat and detailed.
The low ratings for this community might be explained in the area of customer service, as I am sure I speak for others as well. I left a message with Courtney to give to the assistant property manager. I called a few times as I did not hear back. She appeared to be disconnected, uninterested, not trustworthy and unwilling to pass the message on or have the assistant property manager return my call for a meeting the manager scheduled with me.
