Ruben did an outstanding job caulking our shower. The work was very neat and detailed.
The low ratings for this community might be explained in the area of customer service, as I am sure I speak for others as well. I left a message with Courtney to give to the assistant property manager. I called a few times as I did not hear back. She appeared to be disconnected, uninterested, not trustworthy and unwilling to pass the message on or have the assistant property manager return my call for a meeting the manager scheduled with me. Alfonso came to fix my apartment lock after hours and he was great! He was very kind and patient.
I just wanted to take a quick second to thank everybody who helps The Residences run smoothly. I've had multiple maintenance issues in my own apartment but also around the building (door that doesn't work, gate that won't go down, etc) and everytime I've expressed a concern, someone has responded quickly. Thank you to everyone at the Leasing Office, the Concierge Desk, Management and Maintenance for making my last 2 years at The Residences truly remarkable.
