The Residences is slight older compared to the brand new Arundel right next to it. But you get almost all the same quality amenities and larger size of apartments. Classy feel building with lots of amenities. High ceilings, gym, conference area. the 2 bedroom units come with walk in closets and decent size bathroom. Shower & Tub. Brandon was simply amazing. I toured all four properties in the immediate area and what stood out the most was Brandon. He was extremely knowledgeable and seemingly genuinely cared about every resident. He greeted them all with a smile and knew their name. Definitely feel like this is a place that would respect me as a resident and not just a check. Thank you for everything Brandon!
