Ma’Cheal Bones is the best maintenance guy. We really appreciate having him as a maintenance man he is very knowledgeable and respectful. Work orders are always done professionally and on time.
I’ve extended my lease for 13 months recently after living here for 10 months. The management team is super friendly and helpful. The maintenance here is super nice, always there the next day I put in a request. The apartments are pretty decent for what you’re paying, but would definitely need a teeny tiny bit more fixtures and upgrades. But overall I love staying here. I would give 0 if it were possible. First of all, the houses are very old, they smell damp. Secondly, the whole house is covered with black mold, which is dangerous to health, and they just paint it over with white paint lol. Thirdly, there are a lot of cockroaches, because of them it is impossible to live at all. Rude and tactless staff, everything they say and do is incompatible with logic. I don't recommend it, stay away from the eclipse. I lived there for a year because of the contract, and I know what I'm talking about.... read more
