I often stay out in East Syracuse. This is a dramatic improvement in terms of location. Spent a few more bucks, but well worth it.
great hotel in center of Syracuse
Keep in mind, I am staying for a work trip so cost is not into consideration for me. Additionally staying not during a peak season. This hotel has lovely staff, especially the cleaning ladies are so nice. They clean my studio room every other day, which I like because I don't think every day cleaning is necessary, but they always do a great job. My studio room is great, nothing wrong. Rooms are great, but make sure you’re above the 5th floor or something. Non-stop blasting music and revving engines will keep you up all night on a weekend.
I am extremely happy with the hotel, the staff and the room! It's very beautiful. I want to thank a very amazing front desk worker named Pauline! She was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable in all areas of the hotel and very welcoming! I will book this hotel from now on! Excellent service. Thank you.
