The first thing I noticed on the pull out bed is the bed has been peed on. Then I took the sheets out and they had hair and were yellow as well. I went to go do laundry and the dryer doesn't work at all. I had to pay $6 to do the dryer. And they still weren't dry. Then the day I got here at night someone stole my car. Since the hotel has no cameras around the building I had no evidence of the robbers. This hotel was the worst I have ever went to.
Nobody ever answers the phone I have been calling since morning and it’s now 6:15 not a single person can answer I’m baffled
The place is ideally located—really close to grocery stores (Costco just steps away, Walmart a couple of minutes), department stores, and just a few minutes from Six Flags, SeaWorld, and the highway to Austin. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown San Antonio attractions. The price for a one-bedroom suite is the most competitive in the area (I did my research and have stayed at many others before).
