1st off, the people here in the front were nice. The breakfast here was pretty good. The condition of this hotel is horrible... Needs a remodel. The water pressure in the shower was laughable.. I had to flush 6-7 times when I had to do my business... And there is a horrible smell in the hallways and just lingers. To top it off, I had a late check out but was bothered 3 separate times asking when I was checking out after I already told them what time. Ridiculous.
Car was broken into and rear tail lights stolen. Very dirty room that has not been deep cleaned in months.
I travel for work all the time and this was a great place to stay. I was very impressed by the General Manager, Mr. Moreno. He really seems to care and wants your stay to be outstanding. If you’re looking for a hotel in this area, this is the one to book.
We had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio North/Stone Oak with our family. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. perfect for traveling with kids. We loved having a kitchen and separate space, which made our stay so much easier and more relaxing. The staff was kind and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming.
