All the staff was fantastic but the room itself was in horrible shape. The dishwasher didn't work, tiles in the bathroom were broken and teetering on the floor, the ceiling is coated with dust and moisture from the a/c, the kitchen faucet would not move due to being rusted into place. The breakfast was very underwhelming. Overall, it was a horrible experience with the room.

The rooms were decent and the service was okay during my stay, but one thing that really needs to be addressed is the pool situation. On two separate occasions, I saw people who clearly weren’t staying at the hotel using the pool — one group jumped the fence, and another waited for guests to open the door so they could sneak in. They were loud and rowdy, which ruined the relaxing vibe for actual guests. It’s really frustrating when you’re paying to stay somewhere and others are just walking in with zero accountability. Pros: service has been excellent. The staff are very nice. It's really cute that they have put little touches throughout the room to show an extra level of detail like a towel made into a puppy on the bed and a stamped medallion on the toilet paper. They offer free ice cream and popsicles as well as a complimentary breakfast. I really liked the room layout. Cons: The hotel seems to have some moisture issues. Where do we start... Upon arrival at 11:30pm the front desk was having issues with their card encoder that would assign us a card to access our room. Although Andreya (Front Desk) was amazing at juggling, not only getting no answer from their IT support and having about 4 families, including my own, waiting to be checked in, We did not get into a room until about 2:30am after the maintenance employee finally informed Andreya she has a key that would allow access to each room. The staff is so polite and helpful, even letting us into our room a smidge early because it was so hot outside. They gave us a cute little welcome bag when we checked in and had free snacks and ice cream available in the lobby. The room was clean and so was the pool area. The hotel was only about 45 minutes from the beach and was in a nice area with stores and food nearby. No complaints here, we would definitely stay again.
