Honestly the issue I've had was I extended my stay, which worked fine, but then I kept getting locked out for every day passed my initial stay. So it was irritating to get up to the third floor at the end of a long day and find myself locked out and having to trek back to the lobby. To make matters worse because of the confusion housekeeping thought I was leaving and while cleaning my room they dumped out my retainers. They weren't lost, but I was pretty unnerved to see somebody had moved my retainers from where I left them.

Currently staying here and it is a trainwreck so far.! am a travel agent and so glad this was a personal trip and not for a client. We checked in around 4:30, gentleman at front desk was extremely nice. On first look room was fine. Typical of older residence inns. My husband used the bathroom, toilet wouldn’t flush. I called front desk , they said they’d send maintenance. Waited 15 min , never saw or heard from maintenance.
