The room was fantastic. The service and location were where I needed it to be. The parking lot was not 56 passenger motor coach bus friendly.
Travel for 2 nights to attend a convention. Parking is decent and free. Check in was quick and staff was very courteous. One issue I have with Marriott is you have a digital check in but have to stop at front desk to check in again and show ID. Why bother having digital check in is my question. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Room was right for price. Morning breakfast served and was ok. Multiple food restaurants in walking distance. Mall located about a mile away.
IDK why the bad reviews. My room is very clean. It's spacious and up to date furniture and appliances. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I have had no trouble wonderful stay. Close to Everything. Quiet . Decent breakfast
Three rooms and still not right!! Stayed two nights. Booked a two bedroom and received a two bedroom when we arrived. I unpacked all things, room seemed fine. Then, when time for bed, I pulled back my covers and found my bed soaked. Realized the ceiling was leaking. Requested to be moved. Was moved to a 1 bedroom. Went to bed in second room and found out there was a loud fan or some loud motor sound that kept me awake all night. Told the front desk in the morning. I booked this room reading that they have a pool. I came in town to spend some fun quality time with my grandchildren, one of which was her special 13th Birthday. I thought was a wonderful idea, they Love to swim. However after arriving, I found out pool was closed due to reconstruction. WHY WAS THAT NOT STATED ON WEBSITE?! I Would had Never booked this hotel for 2 days knowing the pool wasn't accessible. I was & am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, TO SHE LEAST!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, Truly NOT THE EXPECTANT EXPERIENCE!
