I picked this location because it was close to myorning meeting. If you want Jimmy John's that is your only close option at this time. The front desk clerk was nice but there were too many other guest that were have issues that were not being resolved. As someone who stays in Marriott and residence inn often I would not stay here again unless the hospital is the reason for my stay.
We stayed at this hotel specifically due to the pool, but the pool was filthy and filled with many hairballs and had plastic tags floating in it; the bottom was yellowed and stained from improper maintenance and lack of sanitary care. For the room itself self it was apparently clean. After a miner check of cleanliness, I found out that the mattress was covered by a large urine satin covering the majority of the surface. Why do I keep sleeping on Marriott I am a member but always using others. I had to give them 5 stars on everything the staff was amazing and treated you with respect, the vibe was chill and relaxing. Just such an amazing atmosphere even other guests was super polite. Will definitely be coming back now that my daughter is apart of ECU now. Will definitely start using my Marriott membership now.
Sweet 16 sleepover and this hotel was absolutely fitting for the occasion. Staff very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Front staff was very accommodating and ensured everything ran smoothly for the girls. The location was also safe and quiet. The 2 bedroom suite was a little smaller than expected but perfect for the group. It was clean and comfortable, with ample room to relax, get ready, and have fun together.
