I recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Greenville. I was allowed to check in early, which helped me settle before dinner. I was given a bottle of water, but not one of the welcome bags I saw prepared. I am Titanium, so it seems I should have gotten one. Other than that, the front desk service was friendly and helpful. All the staff I encountered during my 1-night say, were extremely nice and helpful. Room was great. Hotel is walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants.
