I’m a truck driver who delivered a load for this company, and the experience was terrible. Their worker damaged the ceiling of my trailer, yet the owner refused to take any responsibility and even insulted us by calling us scammers. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable especially from someone managing a business. I would never trust a company that treats people this way or refuses to own up to their mistakes.
Desk clerks and housekeeping were mostly friendly. I asked for more coffee but as I was told they would not change sheets for a week I decided to take out my own bits of trash. There was a takeout container left in the frig. Yellow foootie sox turned gray on the bottoms from walking across the floor. Bath area was clean but a washcloth tore down the middle while bathing. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. The pool is great! Always warm, clean, and relaxing. Breakfast is pretty good, with waffles, sausage, eggs, oatmeal with a variety of mix-ins, cereal, ect.
