This stay was a mixed bag. I loved the room. It did have some rough spots like really beat up and torn up curtains. Unfortunately, that made for bright nights since there was a very bright light outside my room. However, it was surprisingly quiet in my room and it was very spacious. I travel for business very frequently, and have stayed at tens, maybe even a hundred Marriotts, a significant portion of those being Residence Inn's. This one is easily my #1 least favorite. They updated a very old building, and it shows. The carpets up the stairs and hallways is very dirty, and the hallways do not smell good at all. It's like essence of old building & vomit. Room was gross and dirty with other people's clothes and towels still left on the floor. I would recommend staying elsewhere.
Overall my stay was amazing. The only thing that I really noticed was a cracked sink and the toilet looked a little old but nothing that was big deal. Everyone I spoke with was so nice! Didn't check out the pool. The breakfast is pretty decent.
