We stayed here for 3 weeks while seeking medical treatment for our son. The front desk staff were nice to deal with, however, this hotel has certainly seen better days. The elevator was constantly broken and getting stuck, and there was only one elevator and my son was in casts on both legs. It was 95+ degrees out and none of the corridors or stairwells (which I got know well due to the lack of a reliable elevator) are air conditioned. The pool was disgusting at the best of times. We booked this hotel expecting a nice stay in a nice room. When we arrived, we were told that the air conditioning was not working, and this was the only room left in the hotel. We were also told maintenance was not working until Monday. We were also told since we used a third party booking platform (Expedia) there was nothing they could do, except offer hotel points (which we do not use.)
