Hotel is decent, rooms are decent, t.v’s are ancient and way out of date, beds are horrible and the cleaning staff are loud and rude and like to slam doors while they’re cleaning other rooms very unprofessional. In town for work and have days where we aren’t out in the field and can’t even watch t.v because allegedly something is broken and is supposed to be getting fixed but of course can’t get a straight answer from anyone. I travel for work and try to find a Residence Inn wherever I go because they are consistently nice to stay at - especially for extended stays.
Room layout was spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Jamal was extremely courteous and helpful when we called and every time we saw him at the front desk, he went out of his way to get us a lake-side view room so that we could enjoy the fireworks on July 4th. We asked for extra linens from the front desk for the pull-out bed. Before we could turn around, there was a knock on the door and the linens were delivered lickety-split.
