The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast was very good and well attended to. I gave it a 4 star because the pool had large chunks broken on the floor surface, you stepped on crumbled pool bottom when you walked in the pool. It was pretty cold water. The hot top had way too much chemical causing a great deal of foam and I very strong smell that made eyes burn.
We scheduled for a crib to be put in our room ahead of check-in, we were told it was ready when we arrived, then found no crib in our room. The room itself was clean enough, but the tile and grout in the bathrooms could use some replacing as some of them are a bit loose. The bed is rock hard, but the pillows are really comfortable. The pool area is large, but the entire room needs to be deep cleaner. There are mineral deposits all over in the pool and hot tub, and more cracked/loose tiles.
