I am taking the time to write this review specifically for one special employee who works in the restaurant at Residence Inn Columbia Fort Jackson area. Bianca is a server and all over helper/worker during the morning shift for breakfast. Bianca is friendly, greets one with a smile and serves the patron with joy and appreciation. Gets the job done, rooms are clean but a little dated. Staff are friendly, but there isn't housekeeping everyday.
Showed up and treated differently than my peers. Fine, ok. The HVAC unit in the room knocks when active. Ductwork nasty as everyday I'm greeted with crud that blows out from the vent onto the desk and TV. Some hair from previous guests. Not what I expected from a Residence Inn. Find another hotel, there are plenty around.
