I loved staying here while traveling for work. My last stay was fine a week ago but this week's stay has started off on a totally different note. I was upgraded to a two bedroom suite..great! However, housekeeping did not clean the bathroom in the room that I chose to sleep in for the week. How do I know? Because there is urine and toilet tissue in the toilet bowl. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was serious enough that others should be aware. From the moment I checked in, the staff’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. Simple requests were met with irritation, and communication felt unnecessarily confrontational. What should have been a routine stay quickly became stressful due to repeated issues with both service and basic hospitality. Absolutely beautiful, CLEAN hotel!! Staff was exceptional!
We spent one night here and enjoyed the stay. We selected the hotel for its convenience to I-77, it is also near Fort Jackson. The staff was polite and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was probably one of the better "free" breakfasts with what appeared to be real eggs, muffins, gluten free options, and even Chobani yogurt.
