Every so often I travel to Columbia, SC to visit a doctor. Each time I stay at and have never been let down at this Residence Inn. This time was no different. Dominique checked me in and went over and above to fix a chirping smoke detector. He was awesome. And besides the fantastic breakfast, Ke’le and Lettrel’s smiling and morning enthusiasm at checkout made it feel like leaving family. Will always recommend the Residence Inn Northeast..! Shelly

I don’t smoke and neither does the person I was with. Mind you if it was a smoking fee then the charge should have been listed as such. We actually own very expensive perfume and cologne so that makes the story even more unbelievable. I went to the h... read more
