Great location and hotel
My mom was relocated here after a fire at her home. The hotel was excellent
I stayed here for a funeral and I regret it so much. I was originally charged 165 for my entire stay. But the day after I checked out I was charged an additional 190. For no reason. I called to speak with the gm and I was told by her that I was overcharged on purpose. They will steal your money!! On top of this the room had a horrible smell, shower had black mold, roaches everywhere, mystery stains on all furniture, and they failed to inform me they had no WiFi even tho I called the hotel several times prior to my stay to ma... read more
Just squeaked by with 4 stars on this one. Have stayed at over 20 different Residence Inns, and would probably put this one at #18. Check-in was not smooth and took quite some time and small, low dollar items could be replaced in the room to make it nicer - like the rusty shower head (that isn't the standard Residence Inn shower head), old desk outlets, the towel holder in front of the bathroom sink (never witnessed anything like that prior), etc. Overall still a good stay and breakfast.
