Beautiful property, but deeply disappointing and discriminatory front desk service. My family and I recently stayed at this hotel. While the facilities are lovely and the nearby park area is beautiful, the customer service at the front desk was deeply upsetting. As a Latino family, we are polite, well-presented, and fluent in English.
