Mixed visit here. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Everything else, not so much. Rooms are dated and dirty. Walls are thin, so you get a lot of sounds from your neighbors. Shower drained slow so I had to stand in water every time I used it. My room had ceiling damage. Not enough luggage carts for me to use at either checking in or out. There were ants near the hot breakfast, which ran out of some of the food on my last day, but there were ants so I guess it was a blessing in disguise. It's only getting a 2 because... read more

This hotel is soo bad, do not stay here! It is very run down, dirty and unkept, the management does not care one bit. We checked in and when we went to get the beds ready for our kids for the night, I open up the bed and there a giant cockroaches in the bed, the “linens” are ripped and stained. When I went to go talk to the manager she was no where to be found and after asking for her several times she was never available. I was promised a refund by the front desk and she denied it. We came for an admitted students day at Baylor and rented a 2 br. Every nice people at the front desk and the rooms were perfect for a few days with a teenager. If my son chooses Baylor, we will certainly be back.
