Condo type Hotel which is Convinient location in Downtown Vancouver. Room was Comfortable and good size for 2 people . Price was not so expensive in August. Breakfast is including. There are various kids of foods and beverages. Room service was every single day. While my stayed in this Hotel, Elevator stopped working for few hours. After few hours was regular operation. 3 stars is generous — clean room and good breakfast, but too many serious issues The room itself was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, those positives were outweighed by several problems that made this a disappointing stay. We arrived around 1:00 p.m. and fully understood that our room might not be ready. We stored our bags and were told the hotel would call us when it was available. Great hotel in the heart of Vancouver. Easy access and many amenities including underground parking.
This hotel has everything to offer. Centrally located close enough to Granville Island, BC place and Gastown. It has spacious VERY clean rooms. Friendly and kind staff that were always happy to you see at breakfast. Will plan to book again when travel brings me back to Vancouver.
