Clean. Lovely outdoor area. Staff is lovely. Breakfast is plentiful.
Gotta start with the staff, they are the best at getting anything you need DONE Day & Night, they are polite, welcoming, & capable. Need something? ASK. The hotel is immaculate, indoors & out, quietly keeping up with tiny tasks that add up to a great stay.
Rooms were nice, very big and spacious! Location was great for everywhere we need to go! And the Service, I feel the front desk employees should be the face of your company and welcome everyone like they are not only Bon Voy members but as if they were Titanium. And we were not welcomed as Titanium. Nothing at all made us feel welcomed there. Sorry probably won't be back.
They upgraded our room for free, gave us free water bottles and free parking. The room looked updated and brand. Pristinely clean. The lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly. The free breakfast buffet was amazing! I had waffles, scrambled eggs and coffee. I’ll definitely come back!
