They upgraded our room for free, gave us free water bottles and free parking. The room looked updated and brand. Pristinely clean. The lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly. The free breakfast buffet was amazing! I had waffles, scrambled eggs and coffee. I’ll definitely come back!
I just want to thank Chris for spending the upfront time with me to assist in my reservation. He truly is a great asset to this hotel. Highly professional, courteous, helpful, and did everything he could to make sure we had the right room for my family.
Este hotel está muy bonito y sobretodo muy limpio, la habitación es bastante amplia y luminosa,lo que me preocupó fue las señalizaciones de evacuación en caso de emergencias ya que en el cuarto piso la señalizaciones estaba errónea , tal y como mostré en el video que dejaré, es algo importante que deberían arreglar, La señalizaciones estaba errónea
